WORLD PREMIERE of Enceladus, the Bright – Oboe Version (Livestream available)

All-stars Thacher Schreiber (oboe) and Sydney Wang (piano) take the stage at UCLA’s Ostin Ensemble Room (the very same venue I hosted my Master’s Recital) for the WORLD PREMIERE of Enceladus, the Bright – Oboe Version. The piece, originally commissioned and premiered by Benjamin Bradburn (soprano saxophone) has found new life with a brand-new version for oboe and piano.

Come join me and the UCLA Graduate Composers for a night of new music and exhilarating performances on November 19th, 2024 at 8 PM Pacific Time. You’ll hear this piece as well as works by my very dear friends and colleagues at the UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music. These concerts are always a highlight of my year and leave me feeling inspired and full of pride for my friends.
